All of our products were designed and created with intention. Every Growing WildFlowers item is made just for you when you place your order. We believe in thoughtful creation over mass production which means your piece is printed, pressed, or stitched with care the moment you say yes. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges. But we absolutely stand behind the quality of what we create.

 

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

 

• Damaged

• Misprinted

• Defective

• Or not what you ordered

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

 

You will receive a follow up email within 3-5 business days.

Sizing & Order Accuracy

Because all items are custom made:

• We do not offer returns for wrong size selection.

• We do not offer returns for change of mind.

• We cannot replace orders with incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Please review size guides carefully before ordering.

 

Shipping Issues

 

If there is an issue with shipping, we ask that you contact the courier first, as they are best able to assist with delays, delivery updates, lost packages, and transit-related damage. Once you have connected with them, feel free to contact us with your order number and any helpful details so we can further assist you.
